Return and Exchange of Goods due to Product Defect (Applicable to merchandise shipped by courier).

a) If the package was received successfully but the merchandise is defective, you must send your claim to our company within no more than seven days (after receiving the package).

b) If the company accepts the reported defect initially, it will resend the new merchandise.

c) If your claim is not accepted, you will be asked to return the package to verify the defect.

d) The cost of the return shipment generated will be paid by the customer.

e) Once the company receives the returned package and can effectively verify that there was a fault on its part, it will refund the cost of the return shipping and resend the merchandise.

f) If the company, upon receiving the package, considers that the reported defect did not warrant a return, it will notify the customer that their return was not accepted. If the customer wishes the merchandise to be resent, they will have to cover the shipping costs incurred.


a) It is necessary to verify the purchase with the order number and buyer’s identification to make any exchange or return.

b) To make an exchange or return, there is a period of 15 calendar days after the purchase has been made. After 15 days, NO exchanges or returns will be made.

c) Exchanges and returns are subject to validation of the product’s condition and purchase conditions.

d) NO exchanges or returns are accepted if the product shows signs of having been used, or if it is dirty or damaged.

e) The amount paid for the merchandise will be refunded in the same way the purchase was made, and in the same currency denomination.

f) For exchanges or returns due to manufacturing defects.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, it must be reported as soon as possible. You must return the defective product with its tags (not detached) and in the original packaging.

h) Adhesive or liquid materials cannot be returned, except by error on the part of Willy Padel

i) Products that CANNOT be returned or exchanged. For safety and hygiene reasons, Willy Padel does not accept returns of these products: “Customized products”

Order Cancellation

a) A notice to cancel a purchase order can be sent as long as the order confirmation has not yet been received.

b) Once the company has sent the order confirmation, no cancellations will be accepted nor will any payments be refunded.

c) In the event that the order cancellation is accepted but a deposit has already been made to pay for the order, the corresponding credit note will be generated.
